It takes 21 days to create a habit.
For 21 days we will focus on portion control, strength training, learning that quality of food is greater than quantity of food.
‘It’s only 21 days.’ This is what I said to myself the first time I did this program. I made a vow that I was going to commit for 21 days. I measured my wine. I carried my meal planning guide in my purse every single day. I brought the portion controlled containers to a wedding. I used them at restaurants. And for 21 days I watched my body change.
I lost 12 pounds and 11 inches in 21 days! This program changed my life.
I wish I would have taken better before and afters, but at the time I was only holding myself accountable. These pictures did that for me. And when I feel myself slipping, I just take a glance and remember why I started.
